Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your Smileactives products, including any used or empty containers, in the original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using a traceable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
